Are you worried? Heres a prayer for you...
Dear Heavenly Father,
Because I know you care for me, I know that I can give all my cares
to you.
Forgive me for worrying, I know I don't have to bear my burdens
alone.
Thank you for inviting me to come to you and for your wonderful
promise of rest.
I receive your rest as I lay my burdens of worry down.
When I look at my life as I know I should, I realize I have no
reason to worry whatsoever
Nothing shall be able to separate me from the love of God which is
in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Not things past, not things present, not even things yet to come.
Thank you Lord, for reassuring me that you are working your
purposes out in my life.
You are the master of all circumstances.
You have promised to supply all my needs.
There is no fear in your love because your perfect love eliminates
all fears.
You have not given us the spirit of fear.
You've told us not to fear because it is your good pleasure to give
us the Kingdom.
I resolve never to lose sight of the precious promises of your
word.
Lord, you have commanded me NOT TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING!
Instead, you want me to spend my time in prayer and to let you
know, with thanks, my requests.
How thankful I am that you have provided prayer, praise, preaching
and practical outlets to prevent us from worrying.
I will take no thought for tomorrow, for tomorrow will take care of
itself.
I will take one day at a time, Lord, because you have shown me that
this days trouble is enough for today.
Here I am, Lord, standing on the promises of your word. I come to
you now to receive your love as I pray.
I place ALL my worries and cares in your hands, knowing fully that
you take care of everything that is given to
you.
Thank you for caring so much.
I love you Lord, truly and with all my heart and soul
In the name of JESUS CHRIST, I pray.
AMEN

"...I WILL TRUST AND NOT BE AFRAID"
ISAIAH 12:2
Any time you worry, it means you've forgotten Who's
in charge.
Now, if you're in charge, you've got good reason to
worry. But if
you've committed everything to Him - and not taken
it back - then
you're in a no-lose situation. So why be anxious?
Peter said, Give
all [He's an all-or-nothing God] your worries to
[Him] because He
cares about you (1Pet 5:7 NCV).
Surrender it to Him! That means turning it over one
more time than
you take it back. You'll probably have to practise
that a lot before it
becomes a way of life.
Max Lucado puts it this way: Did Jesus save you so
that He could
watch you fret? Or teach you to walk, so that he
could watch you
fall? Or be nailed to the Cross for your sins, then
disregard your
prayers? Is He teasing when His word says, He has
put His angels
in charge of you to watch over you wherever you go
(Ps 91:11NCV).
You know better, don't you? Listen, Trust in the
Lord and do good.
Then you will live safely in the land and prosper.
Take delight in the
Lord and He will give you your heart's desires.
Commit everything
you do to the Lord. Trust Him, and He will help you.
He will make
your innocence as clear as the dawn, and the justice
of your cause
will shine like the noonday sun. Be still in the
presence of the Lord
and wait patiently for Him to act (Ps 37:3-7 NLT).
Move out of fear and back into faith! Stand on His
promises,not
your circumstances. Get your eyes off yourself and
back on Him,
then watch what happens.
